What is your returns policy?

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for any reason within 30 days. Your purchase must be returned in salable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC) manuals, parts and your receipt or packing slip.

 

What can and cannot be returned?

All items, except for opened toner, can be returned.

 

How do I return or exchange something I've ordered online?

How will I be refunded?

If you paid:

  • With a check, we'll refund your purchase with a check or credit an account.
  • With a credit card, we'll credit the account used for payment

 

I bought the wrong thing. Can I exchange it?

Yes! Return the unwanted item to receive a refund and place a new order for the item you meant to buy.

 

My product arrived damaged or defective, can I get a replacement?
