Formax FD 95 Rotary Perforator / Creaser
The Formax FD 95 Rotary Perforator/Creaser is designed to finish printed sheets up to 13.8” x 19”. Its three-tire friction feeding system reliably processes up to 7,080 sheets per hour, creating up to 5 parallel perforations and/or creases in a single pass. This feature allows for easy separation of printouts, tear-offs, postcards, or tickets on a single sheet. Creasing enables easy folding and reduces unsightly cracking in digital printouts.
With a simple set-up and automatic feeding, the FD 95 ensures efficient operation. Sheets are automatically fed, perforated, and/or creased, then neatly stacked on the telescoping outfeed table. Variable speed control allows for better processing based on paper weight, and the resettable counter keeps an accurate tally of processed sheets. The FD 95 accommodates paper weights from 55 – 180gsm.
The standard setup includes two perforating wheels, one creasing wheel, and paper guides. Additional perforating and creasing sets are available as options, making it ideal for small print shops, on-demand, and in-plant finishing applications.
